Julie
This little darling is just a baby, barely one year old. Julie is a little ‘pocket’ pooch and weighs a mere 7lbs. We are not sure of her breed as she came from a hoarder who just let her dogs free breed. Our best guess by looking at her is that she is has some Maltese, and possible some Shih Tzu in her. Her hair is soft and fluffy. Her foster calls her a little love bug, and is not anxious to let her go. Julie loves to be close by, and her favorite spot is nestled comfortably on your chest. Because she was one of 21 dogs in her prior ‘home’, she is a little wary at first, but once she feels safe, she is loving and affectionate. Having been left largely on her own, she has lots of things to learn, but she is smart and very responsive to positive reinforcement and love. We think she will make a fabulous companion, even more so once she gets the attention and compassion she deserves. Julie is good with other dogs, and plays well on her own too. She loves to go outside to run …she’s is a good eater, and likes to ride in the car. This sweet girl is truly a joy to have and will melt your heart.
