Scarlet
Scarlett is probably the most beautiful shih tzu we have ever rescued. She is 3 yrs old, sweet and cuddly, but very playful with her buddy Ozzie, they are a bonded pair. This baby doll weighs in at about 13lbs all white with gray ears...she looks like a baby seal. A prettier girl would be hard to find.
