Nessie
Nessie is a 1.5 yr old female shih tzu. She weighs in at 11lbs, is brown and white with gorgeous eyes. This little girl came in with Jasper to the Baldwin shelter in horible condition. Both under socialized.
Nessie is Timid but friendly, will need some direction as she has not had any training. We would love to place them together, but they are not bonded.
If you are willing to put in a little effort this girl will be a gem.....the diamond in the rough.
