Ciarra
Ciarra is a sweet 8 yr.old female Shih-tzu. She weighs 13 lbs. She is mild mannered, quiet, gets along with other dogs, loves to run and play with toys, and is good in the car and in the bath. She does have KCS (dry eye) in one eye and will need drops every day. But if you're looking for someone to cuddle with, that will always keep you smiling, she's the one for you.
